Realistic Solutions - nearly 90% of mediations result in voluntary, confidential settlement.
We make no false promises. Whilst we champion the concept of win-win, what we repeatedly see is lose-lose when parties don't mediate. In difficult conflicts there is always a shared interest in not all being worse off. Our strategy facilitates mutual agreements you can live comfortably with rather than put up with.

Verbum Vox's Approach
Things are not always what they seem - critical reasoning analysis:

We aim to (i) identify and understand the personal, commercial, practical, social/policy and political implications, (and the interaction between them), arising from your conflict and (ii) manage the complex and conflicting issues and personalities revealing actual and potential underlying and future issues.

Change, conflict assumptions and perceived choices - Guidance through experience:

Whilst mediators facilitate rather than advise - experience from launching new initiatives, implementing strategic changes, overseeing rationalisations, - enables the anticipation of unexpected consequences of and reactions to, the same. The ability to explain these issues is critical to the longevity of successful conflict resolutions.

Actions speak louder than words - implementing drafting:

It's not just about drafting relevant, cost-effective Agreements, it's about whether it can work. Implementation must be realistic for individuals, interrelated personnel and the organisation's culture, policy and economic framework. This is as important as the elements of the agreement itself and should never be underestimated. We aim to draft formal documents that capture and record accurately, efficiently, practically, and effectively your agreements thus enhancing the smooth adoption and durability of them.

Negotiating difficult conversations - Negotiating advocacy:

We help all partys to articulate their own perspective - to express their positions and critical interests. We do so in a safe, confidential environment with an independent and impartial mediator at the helm to ensure a more comfortable and less stressful journey over choppy waters. We foster communication which is clear and transparent and which aligns with individual needs.

Advantages of mediation itself over more formal procedures or legal action:
Save £: significantly and proportionally less expensice

Save Time: days rather than months or years

More convenient: it's flexible - you choose how, where and when you mediate

Control: individual input gives everyone the ability to choose their own outcome

Non-confrontational: allows an immediate check on spiralling disputes and associated wellbeing

Strictly confidential: confidential and without prejudice

Independent and Integral: we are totally impartial and unbiased and adher to the ethical standard and codes of practice governing the mediation profession
