VERBUM VOX MEDIATION
CMC Fixed Fee Scheme
In order to give parties to a dispute of a value under £50,000 the option to employ a mediator at a reasonable rate, some individual mediators and providers are signed up to the Civil Mediation Council (CMC) Fixed Fee Mediation Scheme. As an Accredited Civil and Commercial mediator (with Essential Mediation Solutions and IMI) Suzie Prax is registered on the scheme.
The fees for this service are set out below.

Please make enquiries directly with Suzie, who will chat to you about your dispute to decide whether the session will be done in person or by telephone/video There is a presumption that mediation of 2 hours or less will be done by telephone/video.

Both parties will need to agree to mediate and it is helpful to have agreed on this before you approach Suzie to act as your mediator.

Complaints Procedure
We hope you have no cause for complaint; however, Verbum Vox recognises that sometimes things may not go as smoothly as we would have liked. If you are unhappy with the service that you have received from us, we are anxious to know about it.

How to complain

During the mediation itself, please raise the issue with the mediator as soon as possible so that the problem can be dealt with straight away.

After mediation, the procedure is to communicate your experience in writing by either email to suziepx!’googlemail.com or writing to Suzie Prax at the address below:
Verbum Vox Ltd
64 Loxley Road, Stratford upon Avon, CV37 7DR

Your complaint will be acknowledged in writing within 5 working days of receipt. The complaint will be investigated and responded to within 21 working days of receipt. On occasion, further time may be required, in which case you will be notified of this in writing.

The investigation will be carried out by somebody other than the mediator that the complaint relates to.
Essential Mediation Solutions hopes that we can resolve things to your satisfaction; however, if you are still unhappy and wish to take your complaint further to an external body, then the CMC (Civil Mediation Council) operates a final stage complaint procedure. Details of the CMC’s appeal processes can be found here: https://civilmediation.org/for-the-public/complaints/
